
The will to fully satisfy the Customer's expectations, in terms of quality and technical innovation, offering complete assistance in analysis, design, both preliminary and executive, and on safety, determination for continuous improvement and optimization in the use of company resources, led to the decision to implement a quality system compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001 and 27001, with the certification of the company's design, management and execution processes.
Quality Management Systems (ISO9001)
The Organization has established, documented and implemented a Quality Management System, which complies with the requirements of the reference ISO standard and ensures that it is maintained and continuously improved.
The Quality Management System of the Organization is based on the continuous and systematic exercise of a process which is divided into the following phases managed by Top Management:
- Planning: policies, objectives, processes and operating instructions of the management system are defined, aimed at managing the risk and taking the necessary actions to achieve the set objectives.
- Do (Operation / Implementation): through the assessment of risks, the efficiency of the controls adopted is measured with the support of the technologies implemented, and the efficiency and effectiveness of the controls adopted are measured.
- Check: the effectiveness of the overall system and its adequacy towards quality objectives are constantly evaluated.
- Act (Continuous Improvement): implementation of corrective actions to protect the identified vulnerabilities and preventive actions that emerged from the verification phases.
Data Security Management Systems (ISO27001)
